This loan facility is available to members of the SACCO who  would like to acquire plots

• The maximum amount is based on Deposits.
• The maximum repayment period is 48 months.
• The interest of 1% p.m. on reducing balance.
• A member will be required to seek new guarantors
  for the loan.
• The repayment term of the existing development loan will be extended to 72 months in order to qualify for the Shamba loan.
